UK Delivery

We offer complimentary shipping across the UK for orders exceeding £200. For purchases amounting to less than £200, a standard shipping fee of £3.49 applies.

Expect your orders to be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days upon order confirmation. Upon shipment, we'll provide any tracking details available to us.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances causing a delay in dispatch, we will promptly inform you and undertake measures to mitigate the delay. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

Netherlands & Germany Delivery

We provide free delivery throughout the Netherlands and Germany for orders amounting to 200€ or above. For orders below 200€, a shipping fee of €4.49 is charged. 

Your orders will typically be processed and sent out within 1-3 business days after confirmation. We will provide any available tracking details once the package is shipped.

Should any unanticipated delay in dispatch occur, you will be promptly informed, and we will undertake necessary steps to minimise the wait. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any delays that are not within our control.

EU Delivery

For orders above 200€ across the EU, shipping is free of charge. Shipping to EU destinations (excl. the Netherlands & Germany) carries a fee of 13.99€ for orders under 200€. 

After your order is confirmed, we aim to process and ship it within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, we will provide any available tracking information.

We assure prompt communication and actions to minimise delays if there are unexpected issues affecting the dispatch. However, we cannot be held accountable for delays that are beyond our control.

Worldwide Delivery

For shipments outside the UK and EU with orders above 200€ (equivalent in your currency), shipping is free of charge. A flat rate of 25€ is applicable.

Additional Shipping Information:

For any delivery delays or issues, we urge you to contact us to assist in resolving the matter. If you reside outside the UK or EU, import duties and taxes might be applicable on receipt of your package. For more information, please refer to the Taxes & Duties section. Ensure the accuracy of your shipping address at the time of order placement, as we cannot reroute the parcel once it has been dispatched.

Taxes & Duties

For orders to be shipped outside of the UK or EU, we deduct the UK/German VAT tax at the source. However, any additional local taxes, duties or charges may apply upon receipt of the package, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We don't have any control over these potential delays or charges, nor can we estimate them in advance. Any such charges must be paid by you It's common for customs to contact customers via the email used for order placement, if necessary. We recommend reaching out to your local customs authorities for clarification before placing an order.

You may want to explore the customs and duties rules specific to your country. Certain destinations have higher customs thresholds, allowing you to order up to a specific value without attracting customs fees.
