Returns

We hope that you are happy with your order and that you love your product(s) as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we invite you to initiate a return process within 14 days from the date your package was received. Please reach out to us to get the process started, and note that all return shipping fees are your responsibility.

 

Key points to remember:

• Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
• Any change of size or color requires a new order; we currently do not offer direct exchanges.
• Return shipping must be from the same country we originally shipped to.
• Refunds will be processed as soon as possible upon receiving of your return, to your original payment method. Please note banks and credit card companies take between 4-7 days to credit your account with the refund.
• Original shipping costs are not refunded, unless the item was received damaged or faulty.
• Returns without prior contact with our team will not be accepted.
• This return policy only applies to items purchased directly from our store.
